WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The Vice President works alongside the President on the club's governance and direction, and steps in when the President is away. Your particular focus is home game days. You make sure every team is set up, supported and safe on the day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Attend all committee meetings as a senior member of the leadership team.

  • Work with the President, Secretary and committee on strategy and club values.

  • Plan and run game day management at every home game.

  • Make sure First Aid personnel are on site and ready.

  • Oversee game day set up so equipment and facilities are prepared.

  • Work with the Junior coordinator so junior and senior fixtures flow smoothly.

  • Make sure every team is well resourced and supported on the day.

  • Help recruit, develop and keep volunteers and team members.

  • Act for the President when required and help with decisions across club operations.

TIME COMMITMENT

  • All committee meetings and leadership events

  • Regular contact with players, coaches, junior coordinators and volunteers
