Players register for the age group they are turning during the calendar year (Jan 1 to Dec 31).
If a player turns 8 at any point in 2026, they will play for the Under 8’s.
If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm the correct team.

Not at all. We welcome beginners in all age groups, including seniors, women’s and juniors. Our coaches focus on safety, skills and enjoyment, so players can learn at their own pace.

Registration is completed through the Rugby Xplorer app.
Simply download the app, create an account, search for Casuarina Beach Rugby Club and follow the prompts.

Training days and times vary slightly between teams.
Seniors and Women train Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm.Juniors train as follows:
U6/7 - Wednesday, 4-5
U8, U9, U10, U11 - Wednesday, 4.30 - 5.30
U12 - Monday & Wednesday, 4.30 - 6.00
U13 - Tuesday & Thursday, 5.30 - 6.30
U14 - Monday & Wednesday, 5.00 - 6.30
U16 - Monday, 5.00 - 6.30. Wednesday, 5.30 - 7.00
Colts - Tuesday & Thursday, 6.30 - 7.30
All training is held at the Club Grounds

The U6/7 play in the Far North Coast competition on Sunday mornings in a Gala day once a month across Northern NSW
U8 - U16’s ’s play in the Far North Coast competition on Friday nights across Northern NSW
Seniors, Colts and Women in the Far North Coast competition on Saturday afternoons across Northern NSW

Yes. All junior coaches, managers and volunteers must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
We follow all Rugby Australia and NSW compliance requirements for child safety.
